Introduction This Use Case aims to upscale the Andalusian Agrifood Federated Data Space to a European-wide context by offering Data Space as a Service (DSaaS) and Connector as a Service (CaaS) to the Agriculture of Data partnership. The initiative builds upon the AGORA Data Spaces Sandbox (ADAS) developed by the University of Málaga and focuses on enabling trusted, interoperable, and scalable data sharing ecosystems for the agrifood sector. The use case integrates Earth Observation, farm management, sensor, and research data while following European interoperability and sovereignty frameworks such as DSSC, Gaia-X, and IDSA. This Use Case addresses these challenges by extending the AGORA Data Spaces Sandbox into a European-ready infrastructure capable of supporting multiple stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, technology providers, administrations, and research organisations. The proposal aims to facilitate the adoption of data spaces through service-oriented infrastructures, consultancy, and technical support. Methodologies • Deployment of a federated Data Space architecture aligned with DSSC, Gaia-X, and IDSA reference frameworks. • Alignment with CEADS. • Provision of Data Space as a Service (DSaaS) and Connector as a Service (CaaS). • Integration and harmonisation of heterogeneous agrifood datasets, including Earth Observation, IoT/sensor data, farm management systems, and research data. • Use of interoperable metadata standards and trusted data-sharing mechanisms. • Development of technical guidelines, documentation, training activities, and stakeholder workshops. • Iterative onboarding and support for new use cases and external partners. Output • European-scale demonstrator of a federated agrifood data space. • DSaaS and CaaS operational services for Agriculture of Data partners. • Technical documentation and interoperability guidelines. • Training materials and workshops for stakeholders. • Harmonised datasets and reusable data-sharing workflows. • Increased interoperability between agrifood initiatives and European partnerships.
